Healthy Habits and General Wellbeing
Adding to my previous experience as a holistic health counselor and an organic vegan personal chef, I am now in the MMTCP teacher training certification program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I have been meditating regularly for years and have enjoyed many silent retreats. I help people add meditation to their self-care routine. I also help people form mindful drinking habits who feel they are drinking more than is safe or healthy for them. Some people may work toward abstinence while others are exploring a modification to their drinking habits and reassessing from there. I look forward to helping you on your journey toward greater wellness and happiness.
